TERMS OF SERVICE

I have the right to reject and/or cancel a commission I do not feel comfortable completing or am simply unable to complete.

These TOS may change without notice. a change to the TOS will not be made mid-commission.

Do not claim the art I made as your own or remove my watermark.

Only the commissioner may use the art for PERSONAL use. the works I create are not for commercial use.

MINOR edits to the art are allowed (filter usage).

Commission should not be used to push hate speech or political agendas.

Payment recieved in Paypal USD only, unless stated otherwise. (EDIT: certain gift cards and alternative payment methods are in the works.)

Payment is to be sent before work begins. If i have not begun your commission when you want a refund, you will recieve the full amount. If i have already begun and am a substantial way through the commission, you will only recieve 50% of the original price.

Due to the nature of payments made via gift cards, those commissions are sadly NON REFUNDABLE.

Please do not issue refunds via the PayPal app. simply inform me, and i will send you the money back as soon as possible, if not immediately once I see your request. failure to communicate with me will result in a blacklisting.

I only accept short payment plans on commissions $200+. apologies for any inconvenience.

The owner owns all right to the adopt once the transaction is complete, including commercial rights. please just make sure to credit me for the original design.

If the buyer refunds after buying the adopt, their ownership will be forfeit and the adopt will be resold.
